Remove dynamic objects from the building layer

Currently many models appear in the building layer that are not buildings.
Ships, planes etc. With the next image update those models are in the wrong
place. Typical example is cruise ships that are only in port for a day or two.

These models simply don't belong on the building layer and cause problems
with some of my projects where I dynamically move cruise ships onto the
berth. Existing ships on the building layer frequently get in the way.

I want to keep the building layer turned on.

To make a difference beetwen dinamic (ships, ads signs and stuff) and static 
buildings (whatever static buildings) could be a great advance for companies 
that use GE as a GIS for place their own dinamics models. Nice issue.
