Add API access to building attributes based on the 3D Buildings layer #641

It would be great to be able to access via the API the attributes of any 
arbitrary building within the 3D building layer. The attributes that I would 
most interested in are:

latitude,
longitude,
height,
shape 

This would allow me to create simulations using real world type city data.

I would like to be able to turn certain buildings OFF (or hide them) because I 
need to show something else in their place. Think 'urban renewal'....
