BTstack - Bluetooth Unavailable #411

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off Bluetooth connection
2. Toggle BTstack (rather than iOS option)
3. Check Bluetooth status (to turn back on and access settings)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bluetooth section is greyed out and shows as Unavailable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version of BTstack from Cydia running on iOS 7.1.2

Please use the prefs only to turn BTstack off. All of my apps automatically 
switch on start.
