Patch to handle meta-keys, word deletes, and Go! actions #74

As it says in the description.

Meta-keys -- this allows TAB, SHIFT-TAB to be used to navigate between controls

Word deletes -- this allows Ctrl+Bkspace, Ctrl+Delete to work as they do on a PC

Go! action -- allows text messages, chat messages to be sent with Alt+Enter.
