Github has simple voting system where everybody from our ML organization can add paper and let other people to vote for it.

Around 10 days before next meetup that is going to be focused on one of the papers, we will select paper which is has highest number of votes.

Remember:

Add comment with only single paper so that it's clear what people are voting for
Don't add other, non-paper related, comments. Put them in other Issues.

As Jerry Liu will give presentation about Seq2seq. For the guys who donot familiar with seq2seq like me, I recommend paper Sequence to Sequence Learning with Neural Networks, https://papers.nips.cc/paper/5346-sequence-to-sequence-learning-with-neural-networks.pdf, not very long paper and it has Tensorflow tutorial too https://www.tensorflow.org/tutorials/seq2seq.
