Team's Response

Hi there! Thank you for your report.

We will be rejecting this issue because:

While it is true that having an additional message to indicate to the user that no exercise is found can enhance clarity, an absence of it does not cause any inconvenience to the user and thus, we will be rejecting this bug.

Thank you once again for your report!

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: This flaw is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product, which was why I gave it a low severity. Furthermore, I do feel that as a user, the message could have been more specific enough and stating that 'there is currently no exercises listed' instead of just saying 'exercises from the last 4 days listed'. As a user, I will think that there will be exercises listed based on the message given. Hence, with a more specific message, this would clearly allow the user to go back to the original list and continue with the application.

Examples of how message can be shown if there are no more exercises in the list regardless of what commands used:

Therefore, I believe that this issue should be a feature flaw with low severity as it does caused some minor inconvenience to the user by thinking that there will be exercises listed based on the message given in the application. Furthermore, as a beginner user, after using the :range command given in the description of issue, the user might be confused on how to go back to the original list and might need to refer to the UG, hence causing some minor inconvenience as well. It would have been better to include a more specific message for user to understand what is going on and continue using with the application more easily.
