Description

Adding a requirements.txt file to keep better track of dependencies.

Did not see the already existing requirements.txt. However, but it would be better to move it inside the folder where the venv will be set up for easier dependencies installation. Will make another commit to remove the one in the root on this PR.

Unless having it in the root is easier for installation on the server. I'll keep it as is until we can further discuss the reason for structuring the file in this manner. I am assuming it has to do with the server requirements for PROD
