Added add_strand, testing and property setter decorator for sequence #19

Added:

property setter decorator to sequence
add_strand() for both Strands and lists containing Strands
testing for all 3 oxdna classes, nucleotide/strand/system

Tweaked:

index issue, where it started at -1
topology columns order for .top file -> files are now readable by ovito

Just tried to review all of your commits but it's not the most intuitive interface - overall it looks great and if there are any issues, we can fix them later - so long as the tests pass now 👍
