create wiki page for fuego related projects, with introduction, links, and ideas.

David,

See Fuego page on wiki. I added some ideas. My estimation is that it will take me more than a week to make something like this work.

What do you think?

1) Go ahead.

2) As you go along, I also need instructions to modify the UCT algorithm, not just to use the included one.

3) Place your code outside of the Fuego library/framework code, such that the library code is left intact, and your additions/classes stay out clearly. Use Makefile to compile your code depending on Fuego, and then build what is necessary.
