有没有考虑过支持UTF-8编码？ #49

目前似乎只支持GBK和BIG-5, 有没有考虑过添加UTF-8支持呢？

I am writing a simple BBS server (http://code.google.com/p/twiterm/), which is 
using
UTF-8. And I was looking for some BBS clients(on MacOSX) to test it, so I found
Welly. Welly is very awesome, but unfortunately it doesn't have UTF-8 support. 
That's
why I submit this issue, :)

no bbs is using utf-8 because the encoding is variable-length (e.g, often times 
3
bytes for a chinese character); it is a very bad idea using utf-8 for bbs 
layout.
