please install the driver manually (device manager -> update driver -> manual
mode -> point to inf -> install)

can you try to remove the driver and reinstall it? The basic procedure is

so... after a few times reinstalled the driver now it works, no ideo why but
the control panel is starting now correctly!
But to enable the SPDIF IN takes no effekt...
(Remember i wan't to activate the SPDIF IN and this signal should be outputed
over the analog outputs of the soundcard / Source is a Sat Receiver (dBox 2))

you need to stop/start the device in the device manager for the setting to be
activated - it's a design flaw of the driver model that I haven't bothered to
find a workaround for.
