Game port support #90

I own a C-Media 8738 PCI sound card with a game port. The latest drivers don't 
install the game port so I am still using the Windows 4 driver (v5.12.1.644) 
that does. But this driver doesn't support 64 mixing channels and Xear3D EX to 
restore DirectSound on Windows NT 6.

So obviously my question is: Would it be possible to add game port support to 
your driver?

the code for the game port is disabled in the driver because it crashes some 
systems - you can toggle the switch and recompile your own version if you 
require it.

I have no idea how to compile the driver but I know someone who might be able 
to help me on that.
