IOError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument #220

When I try to install Namebench 1.3.1, I am getting this Error
"IOError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument"

This is what is in the log file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Im using Namebench 1.3.1 on Windows 7 64-bit
