[x] User may interact with buttons within a control panel to filter additionally by caffeine level
- If viewing teas filtered by descriptor, the user will be able to filter by caffeine within those results
- If viewing teas with no descriptor filter (no descriptor selected), all teas of selected caffeine level will be shown
