Interpretation of PCA

• What are your thoughts on the interpretations? -I am going to perform hierarchical clustering on the three different sets of data next
• Then I am going to look at transforming the skewed water variables to see if that makes a difference
• I will continue to read articles on similar analyses done regarding Buruli Ulcer to improve interpretations

I think the PCA on the water variables is pretty interesting - although I am not an expert on water quality, it does seem like some alike things are grouped together in the different components. I wonder if there is a better way to display or convey the information in the dimdesc table more clearly/succinctly.

In addition to similar analyses on Buruli ulcer, you should also just look up references that use PCA and then use those results in regression analysis in general to see accepted practices.
