Speed Optimizations: Update only every 90 days #23

Before checking every movie to see if stored info about it should be updated, first check to see if the info is 90 or more days old.

Fixed in cddfd6f5f3450b045212f00914d0124c96551bf6

Also checks to make sure that created_at and updated_at are different -- if not, it will update as normal (for the first time)
