Navigation bar doesn't display in Internet Explorer 7 #6

For troubleshooting / confirmation; this is observed on Internet Explorer 7 at 1280 resolution:

I'm using Foundation 4, which isn't supported by IE 7 or 8. Since I want to keep Foundation 4 instead of downgrading to 3.2; this is more of a "cantfix" than "wontfix."
