Addition Value Position Scrambling #4

For Unicode support, multiplier values are in positions 0, 1, 2, and 3; the addition value is in position 4. Scrambling them into an arbitrary order would provide additional security; scrambling every pentuplet in a (potentially different!) arbitrary order provides lots of security.
