Ability to change color themes based on holidays #9

  1. As a rails console user for the app,
  2. In order to easily change themes for different holidays or events,
  3. And to give viewers up-to-date, timely content,
  4. I want to know what possible themes are available, and
  5. I want to be able to switch the app among named color schemes with one command.
