Correct diacritic rotation for Czech and Slovak symbols #17

These letters were fixed: Čč Ď Ěě Ňň Řř Šš Ť Žž and also U+02C7 was rotated as well.

The only characters which have incorrect diacritics are ď and ť - could not fix those since I am no expert on fonts and I could not get it working and I've spent already too much time on fixing Comic sans-like font.

This PR partially closes issue #16

If you want to use this fix before it would be merged into master (I suspect that it won't be merged any time soon), you can download .ttf here or .otf here

Hey @shannpersand. Are you still maintaining this font? There are few interested folks here, it would be nice if you could review and merge these changes, in any case thanks a lot for this font, it's really cool!!

@jesusmgg There is a PR similar to this waiting in your repo ;-)

@lilmayu very good fix does not attend the bugs in dcaron and tcaron, the caron should be expressed as apostrophe like thing. That has been addressed here.
