Change to a default (or slightly not) Twitter Bootstrap template. #10

Perhaps use NuGet?

Pushed a starting branch for this. I think I played around a little with the styling. We probably almost need to start over with how it's laid out and what not.

If we want to use the nuget package of bootstrap instead we can also do that.
