Better Bootstrap Theme #18

Less of a default bootstrap colors.

There are a couple things we could do here:

We could just adjust the colors of the buttons, and maybe just pull the nav bar and use a different navigation style.

Something from http://bootswatch.com/ may also suffice.

Also using a background pattern is nice, something from http://subtlepatterns.com/ is always good.

I looked at Bootswatch and found some but they look like crap as we are using both bootstrap AND responsive.

Wasn't aware of that. I'll play around with it some tonight and see about cleaning it up. I think we can even go as far as just doing our own colors with LESS and be real fancy
