Value of the Release DWORD Version
On Windows 10 April 2018 Update only: 461808

On all other OS versions: 461814		 .NET Framework 4.7.2

Just got an error message that the .NET checker was not able to determine the exact version. The reported releaseKey=461814. Possibly this fix was not complete enough?
