First and most important rule: Make your self a separate working space/room. You should not work in your living room and you should not life in your working room! Have a separate room for your work. If not possible, try to make a speparate space in an existing room. Otherwise private things might distract you while your are working, or visa versa, work things might interupt/distract your free time!
Dress yourself as you would go into the office. Even when you are working from home, you are working! Dressing like you go into the office gives you more the feeling of working, going out.
If you have family living with you, make some rules with them. When you are in your working room/space you are working! They should not interrupt/distract you. When you are in an office they also can not just come in and talk to you.
Make yourself rules. Do not try to work 8hrs concentrate. This will not working. It would also be not the situation when you are in office with colleagues. Try to work 55 min, make 5 min break.
Ensure that you take your time to go out! It might happen very fast, that you will not leave your home (or just for essentials) when working from home. Ensure you take your time to go out. Hang out with friends, go to the gym, etc.
