Ignore generated files #15

Updated the .gitignore file to ignore tons of generated files. Also deleted the generated wol files which are already being tracked by git right now and these show up as modified after every build.

This is probably not the best way to use .gitignore as ideally we should update/create each module's individual gitignore file but it would be a very long and tedious task so this should do for the meanwhile.
