Either backport, or rebase using the RT-N53 3.0.0.4.130

The RT-N53 also uses Asuswrt now. Their latest GPL release is build 130, which is quite newer than the build 112 available for the RT-N66U.

In theory, it should be possible to rebase my work on that build 130, assuming the GPL archive also holds all the required pre-built binaries from the RT-N66U.

Otherwise, backporting to my tree would be the way to go. For instance, the flash over HTTPS issue I encountered has been addressed by Asus in 130.

I haven't finished analyzing the differences between 3.0.0.3.108 and 3.0.0.4.130 yet.

Almost done backporting build 3.0.0.4.130 onto the merlin-130 branch and re-integrating my patches in. A few remaining ports still left to do (like rstats), after which I'll have to do some intensive testing, and some cleaning up (I might have some dead files left there).

So far, from what I can see figure out, changes Asus did between 108 and 130:

• Many IPv6-level changes, including basic firewall default rules, firewall logging
• Keyword filter (in addition to the Service Filter)
• PPTP settings split on two pages
• HTTPS upload fixed (need to test it, but I saw the code in place)
• Updated radvd
• UTF-8 webpages
• ISP meter (I need to see if that conflicts with the original traffic meter)
• A possible fix related to DST that never worked quite right (?)

Released. However build 130 seems to (as usual) create as many new bugs that it resolves...
