Add a speed run mode #17

Add a mode where cards are generated as per normal. But the player will get given a set list of items. This may include some armour, tools, a boat, crafting cupboard, shield etc.

If the player dies, they get given these items again on respawn.

The goal of the game is to complete the single line or full card as quickly as possible.

As they tick an item off, their hunger, saturation, health etc. are all reset to full again - so ideally they could complete the game without ever having to eat if they tick items off frequently enough.
