The game ending after a bingo isn't properly ending the game #2

When the game ends, it seems to be stuck in a state of not active or finished. Using the start command tells you it's already running and using the bingo command tells you it's not active yet.

Need to investigate what is being missed when stopping the game manually using the endgame function.
