Players should be frozen during the game countdown #20

When a game starts, the players are able to run off. All players should be locked in place until the GO message is displayed.

Fixed. All players now have a slowness effect stopping them from moving. They can still jump to get a little movement but this should be sufficient to stop players running off to start.
