New player joining a late game needs to be shown more info #27

When a player connects and doesn't have a bingo card, they don't appear to be getting all the needed info on how to join a game..

Check the current implementation and adjust as needed.

Ideal flow is they get told 5 seconds after joining that a game is in progress, please type /bingo to join.

This has been fixed. Was due to the missing @EventHandler on the onJoin PlayerJoinEvent
