If a player leaves during the countdown, they don't get the loadout gear #35

If a player disconnects during the countdown, they are still given a card. However they aren't given any of the loadout gear they they reconnect to the game.

This also applies to a multi world server game, if a player warps out of the bingo world they don't get the loadout. However if they warp back and type /bingo to get a replacement card they'll get the card but not the loadout.
