If a player connects after the game has started, it would be good to give them the option to allow them to join.
"/bingo" should tell them that they missed the start, but to use "/bingo join" to join in.
The most ideal way to give them less of an unfair advantage may be to find the card with the least items ticked off, clone it and give them that bingo gui.
