Update Millennial Adapter to use updateLocation method #270

Since v4.5.0, Millennial has a method called updateLocation that accepts a 
CLLocation instead of longitude and latitude values (see 
http://wiki.millennialmedia.com/index.php/IOS_SDK#updateLocation:).

We still use the old longitude and latitude coordinates in AdWhirl iOS v3.1.1.  
Millennial requested that we use this new method to pass them location.

Looks like v3.1.1 was made compatible with v4.2.6, so this issue includes 
making it compatible with the latest Millennial SDK.
