UI - House ads display and preview are incorrect, since colors are set per application

Foreground/background colors are set at the app level in AdWhirl. Check the 
settings for the app that you're testing it in.

We'll have to handle this better and make it clearer how it works in the UI.

I'll settle for it working at all. I can't create any new ones now.

It says "there's a problem with your upload, try a smaller file". And on 
getting that the second time I tried to upload an existing house ad's imagery. 
Guess what?  :(
