cannot get connected #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start pidgin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be connected to QQ, but I receive an error msg "your version of QQ 
International will be obsolete soon. Please download the latest version to 
avoid interruption of service. Thank you! 
(http://download.imqq.com/download.shtml)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pidgin 2.10.6 (libpurple 2.10.6), Windows XP
