Save/open does not work for Shortn if you change text before saving #42

If you use Shortn and change the text, save the document, close it, and open it 
back up, the Shortn dialog is all wonky. Shortn populates the Ranges using the 
shortened text, instead of the original text offsets it is supposed to use.

We need to rearchitect this so that it always uses the original text when 
populating things. Maybe it needs to reset the paragraph to the original, 
temporarily?
