Sidebar UI update when Shortn is done #6

Create a button and enable it when the algorithm completes.  Button should
be obvious and above the progress bars.

Three progress bar colors:
- Green: pending
- Blue: ready
- Light green: reviewed

Current implementation has bars working properly and enables the button when 
the job
is ready.  Button is, at the moment, located below the bars.
