After starting the program I got this error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
I also downloaded onnx library from (https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/releases/download/v1.18.0/onnxruntime-win-x64-1.18.0.zip)
How can I fix this?
My environment: Visual studio 2022 (x64) enterprise win10 (19045.4529) core i9 9900k
