Baidu doesn't register users outside China, thanks.

@shaoshengsong Thank you for the repository! Are you going to upload the weights somewhere except Baidu? Registration on Baidu is not available for people from Europe due to a lack of Chinese mobile phone number. You can use https://disk.yandex.com (it is free and available worldwide).

@shaoshengsong Could you please guide me in getting the pretrained weights for VOC? I cannot access baidu. Thanks for the help.
