Agentscp command fails for 4.16+ as systemvm iso is no longer supported #33

Apache cloudstack v4.16 onwards started patching systemvm during upgrade paths https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/installguide/management-server/_systemvm.html

The mbx agentscp command attempts to copy the ISOs and is unable to proceed.
