feat: gracefully handle mm impersonators

This PR:

• gracefully handles all known MM impersonators as not being MM, so we don't try and send a wallet_getSnaps MM JSON-RPC request to impersonators, which would fail
• gracefully handles MM impersonators with the isUnlocked method not implemented, e.g https://github.com/zeriontech/zerion-wallet-extension/blob/294630a4e1ef303205a6e6dd681245a27c8d1eec/src/modules/ethereum/provider.ts#L36C1-L39

In conjunction with the matching web PR (https://github.com/shapeshift/web/pull/5896), this allows to connect previously not working MM impersonators like Zerion wallet extension.
