[spike] og electron app? #26

In theory this app could be a really good stand-alone desktop app that anyone could run and be fully decentralized. If we see adoption of the web version, we should consider this path and at least see what the effort would be to do this with electron.

Alternatively at the least, we should get it deployed on fleek / ipfs

After 10s Googling, this may be accomplished as a quick-win: https://electron-vite.github.io (take this with a pinch of salt, I've fiddled with vite config quite a lot when giving a try to move web to it, and a "simple vite plugin that accomplishes xyz" is often very far from the truth)
