Deploy rFOX to abritrum mainnet for testing #36

  1. deploy to main-net
  2. set cooldown period to N hours or minutes / seconds - just as long as its able to show the intermediate state in the UI
  3. document addresses so we can test against this deployment in web
  4. ensure you have a secure backup of the deployment private key that will be the owner so we can pause all the interactions when we are done or set the proxy implementation to 0x0 or something. (fox crypt pk to 1password via 0xean)
