Deploy final version of contract and verify #60

Solidity is audited and locked.

AC

  1. [x] contract is deployed to arb
  2. [x] verified in arbiscan
  3. [x] update readme here and update web with final addresses
  4. [x] transfer ownership of deployed contract to the Shapeshift DAO arbitrum multisig address (double check you have the arbitrum addy!)
  5. [x] unapplicable, UUPS upgradeable proxy the proxy admin is also chagned to the DAO multisig (on arbitrum!!!).
  6. [x] Create a PR with the changes to the readme in this repo and have a few members sign off on the fact that both addresses are correctly handed over to DAO multisig and that the deployed byte code matches the compiled byte code.
