AC

  1. amend current implementation to leverage monthly epochs and lookup start and end blocks
  2. prompt user to input an epoch number instead of a block height
  3. produce distribution amounts and all related accounting
  4. sanity checks (sum all outputs match input rune amount, etc) (assume reasonable precision loss per https://github.com/shapeshift/rFOX/issues/58#issuecomment-2159630701)
  5. See https://github.com/shapeshift/rFOX/issues/45#issuecomment-2153291156 for data structures
  6. persist to IPFS prompt user to post on forum. this is for audit only and not the "final" version of the data as that will be persisted once we have transactions for each reward
