Entering USD amount for staking cosmos sdk coins causes the transaction to fail

Overview

When selecting a USD value amount to deposit in atom or osmosis staking it causes the transaction to fail. If you select a % to deposit, the transaction will complete

References and additional details

1) Log into app.shapeshift.com and connect to wallet that supports atom 2) Navigate to the Defi page and select the atom (or osmosis) card 3) Select Deposit and type in a USD value, ie $2 and select Continue 4) Sign and Broadcast 5) Notice the "transaction failed" toast appears, and the transaction will stay on pending until exited

Should be able to type a USD amount in to stake atom/osmosis

@MBMaria this has been fixed in https://github.com/shapeshift/web/pull/3844 - please close after confirming fixed for both Cosmos and Osmosis
