custom import tokens follow up and cleanup #7245

  1. after custom import tokens is added, audit app for any issues rendering these assets
  2. they shouldn't be included in portfolio balances and never should be converted to fiat values
  3. confirm tx history renders correctly
  4. flag to on and release
