Consider using ldp:constrainedBy for HTTP Link relation rather than http://www.w3.org/ns/shapetrees#ShapeTreeLocator.

Per editorial session with @ericprud it was agreed that we would use:

Resource to Metadata: http://www.w3.org/ns/shapetrees#managedBy Metadata to Resource (inverse): http://www.w3.org/ns/shapetrees#manages

Will leave this open until the specification is updated to reflect.
