windowsXP / windows live writer version 14.0. issue #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed codeformatterpluginforwindowslivewriter
2. software crashes after openning code formatter plugin on windows live writer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output will be the windows and be able to paste the formatted code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows xp / CodeFormatterPluginSetup2.5.1.msi / windows live writer 14.0.8

Steve -same issue with XP and 14.0.8

Erro - signature

Seems to be looking for something that is missing.
