Tool bar not collapsing on scroll #2

  1. CollapsingToolbarLayout not collapsing when scrolled up
  2. Last cards in RecyclerView are not shown while scrolled to end

Both the issues are related, The issue is resolved with compile 'com.android.support:recyclerview-v7:22.2.0' in build
